Seven Seas Recognized During Rockville Business Appreciation WeekFebruary 27, 2007
ROCKVILLE - Seven Seas Restaurant was one of the fifty businesses in the area to be recognized by Sally Sternbach, executive director of Rockville Economic Development, Inc. for the city's Business Appreciation Week today.
In a half-hour meeting at the restaurant premises, Sternbach, and owners Edward and Corinna Shen discussed business-related problems and possible areas for the restaurant's growth. Sternbach also presented Shen with a certificate and token of appreciation.
"We started the Business Appreciation Week last year to thank our long-term merchants for situating their businesses here in Rockville," said Sternbach.
"By visiting merchants at their premises, they also get the chance to give us feedback or tell us about any problems they might be facing."
Seven Seas Restaurant, which celebrated its' 20th anniversary last month, has been operating in Rockville since 1987. Their offerings include fresh seafood, old-world Chinese cuisine and a sushi bar.
